The farm "La Graziosa" is made up of approximately 20 hectares of land which is mostly cultivated with vineyards and olive groves.
The houses; while recently renovated, retain the traditional architecture of Romagna, characterized by a large porch and several
rooms. The structure which is now dedicated to the restaurant displays a well which was preserved and located in the entrance hall where our guests can even view the depth of the well and water beneath.
On warm summer evenings we invite our guests to relax and sit in our
spacious fresh garden; surrounded by plants, olive trees, and flowers.
During the day feel free to walk the farm land or choose to stop by the shade of a cypress to read a book while enjoying the cool breeze which rises from the nearby river. If you are travelling with your dog please allow your furry friend to enjoy as well, we have plenty of open spaces surrounding the house for them to run freely. In fact, small pets are always welcome.
OUR PRODUCE INCLUDES, WINE, OLIVE OIL, PICKLED PRODUCTS AND PRESERVES, FLOUR, FRUIT, AND VEGETABLES
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained through the act of cold pressing Frontoio (80%) and Leccino (20%) olives. The oil is noted by subtle, fruity aromas and a delicate flavor with hints of ripe fruit. It can be found in all of our recipes and served at every table.
Our flour is a product of our wheat, planted and harvested ourselves. It acts as the base for all of our baked goods such as bread, “spianata” and “piadina”, and of course our handmade pastas and pastries are a result of this wonderful flour combined with eggs produced by our chickens.
