Our family, originally from Florence, have called Romagna home for over twenty years. We have embraced the local cuisine and reworked it with a touch of "Tuscany". We offer typical local dishes following the seasonal agricultural production.

Our extensive menu highlights dishes that can vary depending on the seasons and what nature has to offers.

Enjoy appetizers like bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, local cured meats, crostini and various delicacies, all prepared in our kitchen.

Among our first courses you can enjoy our traditional homemade pasta with ragu:  tagliatelle with ragu "in punta di coltello" or ravioli filled with potatoes, bacon and flaked with local cheese of Sogliano. Depending on the season you can enjoy our Ribollita “Romangola”, pappardelle pasta made with wild boar shredded by hand or our selection of meat cooked in the oven, overnight, at low temperatures.

Among the main courses: sliced ​​beef, pork loin cooked in the oven for ten hours, grilled chicken, oven roasted rabbit with raisins and pine nuts, meat rolls, veal shank and many other dishes.

Upon request, we also organized to meet the needs of vegetarians and vegans.

Paste, piadina, various types of bread and sweet, vegetables, wine, oil: are of our production. The meat sauces are cut into the tip of a knife or frayed by hand as tradition dictates.
